Kyle Anderson, age 26, is a cellist from New Orleans, Louisiana. Beginning the cello at age 5, Kyle won the Greater New Orleans Young Artist Concerto Competition in 2011. From 2013-2017, Kyle earned his Bachelor’s of Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where he studied with renowned cellist Sharon Robinson and spent three semesters in her Advanced Piano Trio Program. In 2020, Kyle earned his master’s degree from Bard College.

What is something interesting people may not know about you?
I also play electric guitar! And I’ve been paying my bills during the pandemic working in a record store. There’s so much interesting music to be heard out there!
