Darren Carter is a graduate student at DePaul University. He has attended festivals such as the Round Top Music Festival and Chautauqua Institution, and in 2022, he won the Semper Pro Musica competition and performed in Carnegie Hall. Darren plays professionally with the Waco Symphony Orchestra, Peoria Symphony Orchestra, and Oistrakh Symphony of Chicago. His teachers include Susan Younghans, Eka Gogichashvili, Kathryn Steely, and I-Hao Lee.
