A Los Angeles native, Evan De Long holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and recently completed his master’s degree at the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music. His principal teachers include Linda Wang and Grigory Kalinovsky. In 2019, Evan completed a contract with Lincoln Center Stage on a cruise ship in Europe. He currently holds positions with the Fort Collins Symphony and Cheyenne Symphony.
If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Flying.
What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
I have performed chamber music concerts on a cruise ship while in the arctic circle.
