Bio:
Tyler McKisson’s musical career started at age ten when he joined his school’s orchestra program. He has since received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Viola Performance. McKisson is currently a Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Diversity Fellow pursuing an Artist Diploma from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music studying under Dr. Catharine Lees. McKisson has also performed with the New World Symphony in Miami, Florida.
What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
I am one of few violists who began their studies on viola rather than another instrument.
